Instructions

1. In the ISSUE TO section, type the name of the person you would like to send the gift cerificate to.

2. In the EMAIL section, type the email address of the person you are sending the gift certificate to.

3. In the FROM, section type your name.

4. Select the dollar amount of your Gift Certificate and click the ORDER button. You will then be taken to the CHECKOUT CART where you can make payment for your Gift Certificate.

I will contact you after payment to obtain your recipients snail mail address so that I can send a paper copy to them.

A record of all Gift Certificates will be kept on file with the recipient's name and address.

Instructions on how to redeem Gift Certificate will be sent to your recipient with their Gift Certificate.
