Terms and Conditions

These terms must be read in full and agreed to before you can move on to the payment page.

By signing up for a Paintpuddles Online Studio Membership you agree to have fun participating in the live online classes and painting any of the designs included in this membership. :0)

There are two choices of membership

* 1 year membership - 1 calendar year beginning the day you sign up

*6 month membership - 6 months beginning the day you sign up

All members must agree to NOT share their membership login information with anyone. Please do not login on more than one computer at a time. We believe that by keeping the membership costs low, it eliminates the need for information sharing. Instead we would encourage you to have your family and friends sign up for their own membership, so they too can enjoy taking classes here at Paintpuddles Online Studio with you. Your membership is for your own personal use, you may paint any of these projects for resale at craft shows or for EBay. If you are a teacher, please contact me if you wish to teach any of my designs. All designs are under copyright 2005-2008 Yvette Perrin/Paintpuddles-All Rights Reserved. Copyright is not transferable with membership.

I do hope to never have to enforce or act on any of these rules but if any information sharing or abuse of membership of any kind occurs, we reserve the right to revoke any membership without refund of dues for the balance of any membership.

You may sign up for one each of the online sessions. You must tell me which live class you are attending, so that I may get your class preparation information out to you. It will not be assumed when you will attend.

Paintpuddles reserves the right to change or modify any terms or conditions at any time.
